Designed in San Sebastián and handcrafted in Ubrique, Spain.
The palm leaf is handwoven in Morocco. The back is reinforced with leather to reduce friction between the palm and clothing.
The leather flap features a composition of long, rectangular metal studs custom-made for MAUSKA and arranged across the entire piece.
Interior with a removable pouch in heavyweight cotton, secured with press studs.
Also includes a small interior leather zip pocket to keep essentials secure.
Long, adjustable and removable shoulder strap for shoulder or crossbody wear.
Magnetic closure for added security.

Each piece is handwoven in palm leaf. Slight variations in tone, texture and shape are part of the natural character of the material and make each basket unique.
Exterior: handwoven palm leaf structure combined with vegetable-tanned cowhide sourced from one of the oldest and most renowned tanneries in Tuscany. Tanned using natural tannins, the leather evolves with use and develops a unique patina over time.
Interior: removable heavyweight cotton pouch, secured with press studs. Also includes a small interior leather zip pocket.
Flap and details: vegetable-tanned cowhide, selected for its durability and its ability to gain character and beauty with use.
Hardware: durable semi-gloss gold finish with a vintage effect, with custom MAUSKA rectangular studs and high-resistance metal components.
Traceability: leather sourced from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG).

Palm leaf and vegetable-tanned leather are natural materials that evolve with use.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
- If exposed to moisture, allow to dry at room temperature and away from direct heat sources.
- Gently clean the palm with a dry cloth.
- Occasionally apply a colourless nourishing cream to the leather areas.
- Store the piece in its cotton dust bag when not in use.
