RETURNS

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Due to the delicate nature of our leathers, returns of items showing any signs of wear, marks or alterations, however minimal, will not be accepted.

Any sign of use, marking or alteration may result in the return being refused.

If the item does not meet these conditions, Mauska reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction to the refund.

Return costs

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)

The first return is free of charge.

From the second return onwards, a

€10fee will apply.

European Union

Returns are subject to a

fixed fee of €25

Non-EU Europe & UK

Returns are subject to a fixed fee of €35.

Rest of the world

Returns are subject to a fixed fee of €45.

International Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes applied in the destination country are not managed by Mauska and are non-refundable in case of return.

indicating your order number.

Preparation

Prepare the item in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Shipping

Return instructions will be included with your order.

Please follow the provided instructions to complete the return.

Refund

Once the item has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 calendar days.

Special Periods

Made-to-order items:

The return period begins upon receipt of the item.

Holiday period:

Orders placed in December may be returned until January 15th.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase.
