- First Purchase: For your complete peace of mind, please remember that for your first order within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, returns are complimentary, regardless of the purchase amount.

We want to keep you informed every step of the way regarding your Mauska’s journey. As soon as your order departs from our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email featuring your personal tracking number.

Yes, you may return any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs for the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands are €10, Canary Islands €20, EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Slovakia) are €25 and rest of the world €55. Please note that this amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- Notification: Please email us at info@mauska-spain.com stating your order number.
- Home Collection: Once approved, we will coordinate the package collection with DHL at your home on your preferred date. There is no need for you to travel to any drop-off point.
- Preparation: Please ensure that the handbag is in its original condition and secured within its protective box.
- Refund: After verifying the piece at our atelier, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
For returns within Spain, we do handle the organization directly. However, for international returns, it is necessary for you to contact the nearest DHL office directly. Upon receiving the shipment, you will find the corresponding return form enclosed, along with a document outlining detailed instructions to follow. For further information, please refer to this link.

- Protection: Always store your handbag in its original cotton dust bag, included with your order, to protect it from dust and direct light.
- Avoid: Do not expose your bag to prolonged sunlight, heavy rain, or direct heat sources (such as radiators).
- Cleaning: Use only a slightly damp cotton cloth if necessary, avoiding harsh chemical products.
