For your complete peace of mind, should you decide to process a return, the 14-day window begins only when you physically receive the bag at your home, not from the date the initial reservation was placed.

Worldwide Express Delivery

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: We offer Complimentary Express Shipping (1-2 business days) on all orders over €300. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is €10.
Canary Islands: Shipping is available at a flat rate of €20, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
First Purchase: For your complete peace of mind, please remember that for your first order within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, returns are complimentary, regardless of the purchase amount.
Once your order departs from our atelier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Europe (EU): €25 via Express Delivery (2 to 3 business days).

As soon as your piece departs from our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email featuring your personal tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the delivery in real-time, handled by our global partner DHL Express, until it arrives securely at your door
At Mauska, we personally monitor every shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your piece, we recommend these simple steps:

Review your details: Please confirm in your order email that the shipping address provided is correct.

Taxes and fees
For your complete convenience, at Mauska we ensure that the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the total purchase amount for all our international destinations.
This means you will not have to manage any additional paperwork or pay unexpected fees upon delivery. We handle the entire process (DDP) to ensure your piece arrives directly at your door, seamlessly and without any hidden costs.
Refunds and returns
At Mauska, we want you to be completely in love with your choice. You may return any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt. To ensure a seamless process, all pieces must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging included.
For your complete peace of mind, please note:
Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: Your first return is complimentary (free of charge). Subsequent returns carry a service fee of €10.
Canary Islands: Return service fee of €20.
European Union (EU): Return service fee of €25.
Rest of the World: Return service fee of €55.
These amounts will be deducted from your final refund. We personally handle the collection to ensure your piece returns to our atelier securely.

Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: We will coordinate the home collection with DHL on your preferred date. There is no need for you to travel to any drop-off point.
International Returns (EU & Rest of the World): We will provide you with the pre-paid shipping label via email. Once received, you will need to contact your local DHL office to schedule the collection at your convenience.
Preparation: Please ensure that the handbag is in its original, unused condition and secured within its protective box.
Refund: After verifying the piece at our atelier, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

The process is simple and secure: select Klarna as your payment method at checkout. The first installment will be charged at the time of confirmation, while the remaining two will be automatically completed every 30 days, at no additional cost.

Warranty and after-sales service
At Mauska, excellence is our standard. In accordance with current regulations, all our pieces include a 3-year warranty exclusively covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty ensures the structural integrity of your piece, specifically covering stitching and hardware malfunctions resulting from our artisanal process. It does not cover:
Natural wear and tear of the leather (scratches, softening, or patina).
Accidents, improper cleaning, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Damage caused by third-party alterations.
Should a manufacturing defect be confirmed by our team through a digital assessment (photos/video), Mauska will provide a pre-paid shipping label and manage the repair and return at no cost to you. For issues not covered by this warranty, we recommend consulting a trusted leather specialist.
We believe in the longevity of our pieces. A Mauska is designed to accompany you for years to come. Should your handbag require a repair due to wear or accidental damage after the warranty period, our artisanal atelier can perform a technical assessment.

The high-quality leather we use in Ubrique is a natural, living material that, with proper care, beautifies and gains character over time. To ensure the longevity of your piece, we recommend the following care guidelines:
Moisturizing: Every few months, apply a colorless cream specifically designed for luxury leathers using a soft, clean cloth. This maintains the material's natural suppleness.
Protection: Always store your handbag in its original cotton dust bag to protect it from dust and direct light. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heavy rain, or direct heat sources.
Accidents & Liquids: Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetic products. If your Mauska gets wet, do not rub. Gently dab the excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
Cleaning: Use only a slightly damp cotton cloth if necessary. Avoid harsh chemical products or abrasive treatments that could damage the natural grain of the leather.
