We ship orders from our main warehouse located in the city of San Sebastian, Spain.

Yes, you may return any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition. 

Return shipping costs for the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands are €9, Canary Islands €20, EU and UK are €25 and international €40. Please note that this amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded, along with taxes and fees if any.

For returns within Spain, we do handle the organization directly. However, for international returns, it is necessary for you to contact the nearest DHL office directly. Upon receiving the shipment, you will find the corresponding return form enclosed, along with a document outlining detailed instructions to follow. If you have lost the return slip that was sent to you by email, just contact us at info@mauska-spain.com and we will resend it to you.

Please note that if you do not use our pre-printed return label, Mauska is not responsible for possible theft or loss in transit; therefore, we recommend that you choose a shipping service where you can track your shipment.

As soon as you complete the order, we will automatically request the necessary payment authorization to verify the validity of the credit card and the availability of funds. This is when the charge will be made.

If an item is defective, MAUSKA will proceed to repair it, replace it, reduce its price or refund the total amount paid. These procedures shall be free of charge for the consumer.

The customer will be responsible for arranging shipment to our workshop in Ubrique, Spain at his own expense. Once repaired, we would take care of sending it back to the address provided by the customer and the shipping costs.
