Refund policy
R E T U R N S:
- Returning a MAUSKA item it is very simple. Returns are refundable, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item, the amount paid will be refunded.
- You have a period of 14 days upon receiving the ordered items to return a product, no reason or justification is required. You just have to send an email to the following address: info@mauska-spain.com.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method, it will take a maximum term of 10 business days from when we receive the item in our offices until you see the credit in your account.
- Return the goods to us by using the label included in the parcel. Return costs for the Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands are 9€, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are 15€, EU and UK are 20€ and international are 30€. Please note that this sum will be deducted from the total amount refunded along with any tax and customs fees generated.
- How to use our returns service:
- 1) You should inform our customer service info@mauska-spain.com for the return authorisation.
- 2) Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning.
- 3) Stick the return label found in your package on the parcel ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
- 4) Please arrange the collection with DHL and ship it back to us at your earliest convenience.
- 5) For international orders, hand this return form to the DHL courier.
- 6) Once your return has been received and processed by MAUSKA you sill be notified via mail.

- If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, MAUSKA will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by MAUSKA. Please note that if the customer refused to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
- MAUSKA reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
- E X C H A N G E:
- We are sorry but we do not offer exchange, only returns. You will therefore need to return your order. Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your cost. If you want another color or another style, we will invite you to place a new order.

- Can I use my own return service?
- You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to the following address:

- Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Mauska is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.
